Billy Bob Pulley, 79, of Halls, passed away Wednesday, July 1, at his home.

He was born Feb. 11, 1941 in Perry County, Tenn. to the late Arnold and Aileen Pulley. Billy was gifted with a sister, Linda Lois Richardson Brasher and husband, Walter, of Parsons.

On July 9, 1960, he married the love of his life, Peggy Barnett Pulley, who survives him. Together they have five children, Bobby Pulley of Bath Springs, Sandi Chapman of Millington, Sherry Rickman of Martin, Sheila Walls of Millington and Stephanie Jones of Texas.

He is survived by eight grandchildren, Emily Faircloth, Shane Nicholas Pulley, Jacob Carroll, Clara Pulley, Savannah Chapman, Seth Walls, Sullivan Staggs and Nathan Jones and two great-grandchildren, Karli and Michael Faircloth.

Billy will be missed by his wife Peggy and his children, grandchildren and sister.

Graveside services were held at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Decaturville at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 3. Burial followed the services.

Reed’s Chapel – Decaturville was in charge of final arrangements.
