Chuck Wright was born in Memphis, Tenn. on April 14, 1955 the son of the late Cecil Ray Wright, Sr. and JoeAnn Wey Wright.

Chuck loved listening to country music, especially Johnny Cash. He also enjoyed watching western shows and NASCAR. Chuck was known for fixing things and helping people.

He departed this life on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020 in Savannah, Tenn. at the age of 64 years, 8 months and 21 days.

Chuck is survived by one sister, Terry Novell and her husband Jay; one brother, Kenny Wright and his wife Misty; five nieces; three nephews; and a host of cousins.  

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy Wright and Robert Wright.

Memorial services will be held Jan. 18, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah, with Mike Kelley officiating.
