Cordie Mae Turpin, 83, of Scotts Hill, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, March 24 at her home.

She was a retired factory worker.

Mrs. TurpinĀ isĀ survived by a daughter, Lisa Cannon of Lexington; two sons, Mark Turpin of Lexington and Mitchell Turpin of Scotts Hill; a sister, Kay Crews of Scotts Hill; and a brother, John Ray (Wanda) Couch of Scotts Hill.

She is also survived by a grandson, Stephen (Jill) McPeake of Reagan; and by four great-grandchildren, Ryleigh and Jerry McPeake and Avery and Trace Middleton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Turpin; parents, Washie and Martha Couch; and a sister, Faye Teague.

Her funeral service will be held at Reed's Chapel in Scotts Hill at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 26 with Jeff Weaver and Keith Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at Judson Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 2 - 9 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. until service at Reed's Chapel - Scotts Hill.

If attending the visitation or service, face masks are required and social distancing is encouraged.

The family request no food be brought to the funeral home.
