James Andrew “Andy” Kelley, 69, of Savannah, Tenn., passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021 at AHC Savannah Healthcare. Mr. Kelley was born on March 3, 1952 in Perry County, Tenn. He was retired from CoreCivic South Correctional Center after 20 years.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Imogene Kelley of Parsons; wife, Virginia Kelley of Savannah, Tenn.; daughter, Wynona Kelley (Jeffery) Gwin of Waverly, Annille Gail Kelley of Ohio and Evanna (Tamesha) Darkish of Nashville, Tenn.; and grandchildren, Brianna Gwin, Madison Gwin and Mikayla Gwin.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Lord’s Missionary Baptist Church in Decaturville with Bro. Mark Brewer officiating.

Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at Lord’s Missionary Baptist Church.
