Terry Lynn White

Terry Lynn White, 68, of Decaturville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 14 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

He was a retired machinist last working at Young Touchstone.

He was born March 17, 1952 in Parsons to the late Lloyd James and Ethel Pauline White.

Terry is survived by his wife, Lila White of Decaturville; two daughters, Tara White Gilbert (Paul) of Decaturville and Tasha White Jones (Adam) of Lexington; six sisters, Hilda Vise (Doug) of Decaturville, Nancy Pratt (Collins) of Parsons, Wanda Blasingim (Barney Jr.) of Pickwick, Sherry Boyd (Wayne) of Memphis, Vicky Mayo of Decaturville and Juanita Parrish (Benny) of Decaturville; and a brother, Jonathan Keith White (Julia) of Decaturville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Garhett Gilbert (Delana), Alixia Hogg (Justin), Jeslyn Ing, Jasa Gilbert, Kooper Jones and Sawyer Jones; and three great-grandchildren, Emerleigh, Gus and Jed Gilbert.

Funeral services will be held at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19 with Bro. Aaron Michael officiating. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday 3 to 7 p.m. and Tuesday 12 p.m. until service.

Masks and social distancing are required during the visitation and service. Food brought to the funeral home must be individually wrapped items.
